Since 2007 we have served the community by providing opportunities for teens, pre-teens and adults, to help others by volunteering in an environment that nurtures their emotional well being. We serve the special needs community by providing equine assisted activities for kids, adults and veterans, and by offering the ability to volunteer which helps develop life skills. As for the horses, through training, excellent care and sometimes even rehabilitation, we help them become valuable members of our team!

Your Horse will love it here!
Our boarding facility is geared for the casual rider, with quiet and peaceful surroundings. 12x12 stalls w/automatic water, riding/training pen, lighted riding arena, serene trails, minimum 6 hours daily turnout, quality hay & custom blended feed, daily check-over, dewormer, and sand-clear included, owners on premises. We will attend your vet or farrier appointments if you can't - no extra charge Full board just $650/mo. We are situated on 10+ acres and are conveniently located near down town New Port Richey. |
Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine Assisted Activities, includes recreational riding, and other activities where time is spent working with horses in order to promote physical, occupational, and emotional growth. We offer both group classes and private lessons and equine therapy leases to the special needs community.
Horse Connections, Inc. is a 501 c 3 non-profit, our only source of income is from farm activities, donations, and events. |
Volunteering

Volunteer with us! We can't do this without you. Therapeutic Riding Lessons take a trained team, including an awesome horse. Our volunteers work under the guidance of the instructor to take the rider through a planned lesson. We also have animal care opportunities, as well as a need for fundraising volunteers and handyman services. We also offer volunteering to meet young people's Bright Futures hour requirements!
